A Visit to the Senior Center of Dickson

Last week the entire staff of Hebdon Chiropractic and Wellness visited the Senior Center of Dickson. We had such a great time visiting with everyone! Dr. Hebdon gave a 25-minute presentation on Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans and when Chiropractic care is covered. Dr. Hebdon also spent some time explaining the differences in acute, maintenance and wellness care. This topic will be explored in more detail in another blog. She also spoke briefly about the importance of choosing the right kind of Chiropractor and strategies for choosing the right team for your health care. This is also another topic that deserves its own blog entry! After the talk, she and the rest of the staff hosted bingo and gave away healthy treats for all those that attended.

We truly enjoyed hosting, and we look forward to being invited back to the Dickson Senior Center hopefully next year.
