Magnesium: Let’s talk Nutrients!

Magnesium is a vital nutrient for many functions in out body. Did you know that you can talk to your Chiropractor about your nutrition which includes your nutrient needs?

This incredible nutrient is associated with stress reduction and better mood, and improved bone health. There are other health benefits that are being studied with this nutrient.

Magnesium is found in a variety of foods like beets, spinach, kale, potatoes, some fruits, nuts, legumes, and whole grains. Sometimes it is hard for an individual to get the reasonable amount of Magnesium and in fact we rely so much on processed foods that almost half of the US does not get enough magnesium!
